At The Introspect, we believe in the power of lived experiences. Whether you're living with a mental health condition, navigating healing, or just want to be seen and heard, this is a safe space for you to share.
If you’d like to be interviewed for a feature on our Instagram page and website, we’d love to hear from you. The process is flexible and respectful — for our interviews, you can choose to remain anonymous, or use your initials, or share your name. You also have the freedom to skip any questions and withdraw at any time. We feature honest conversations with people living through anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma, and more.
